Clients who have attained a level of maturity in offshore outsourcing or those who feel they can achieve more cost savings by having direct control of the resources and work performed overseas, often want to set up their own operations in an offshore location such as India. However, they also realize that the process of setting up an overseas unit can be rather tricky and costly. For those clients, we offer Advisory Services to assist them Build, Operate and Transfer their own captive call center operations, technical support centers, help desks, and Offshore Development Centers (ODC) in India.

We offer this service in two ways:

(1)  Advisory Services

For clients who are new to the offshore outsourcing landscape, we offer an advisory service, where one of our seasoned professional consultants or principals will spend time with your team to understand your needs and rationale for captive offshore operations.  We will help you understand pros and cons of owning and operating a dedicated, client owned center in an offshore location. 
At the end of this advisory consulting engagement, you will have:

For the above services, we charge a pre-negotiated fixed price that is based on your specific needs. At the end of the engagement we will leave you with a complete set of documentation with clearly defined set of deliverables.

After the advisory engagement, we will be happy to assist you in setting up your own offshore center, if you chose to do so.

(2)  End-to-End BTO Engagement Services

For seasoned clients who have been successful in outsourcing their processes and operations offshore for some time and feel that they would benefit from setting up their own offshore center, we offer full BTO engagement services. We offer the flexibility to engage with you in steps where you need assistance or take on the entire responsibility for setting up the BTO for you. Under the full engagement model, a highly qualified Equator Partners project manager will:

    blue bullet Act as a single point of contact during the BTO phase overseas. You will deal with a US based project manager, who will establish and interface with all required linkages overseas.

For End-to-End BTO services, we can engage on a fixed price based on your specific needs or work on an hourly basis.
